Manor Farm Leisure is still two foot down on normal water levels!!

With the weather like a yo-yo I don't think the fish know if there coming or going!  Also with 28 people on the lake, flat calm, high pressure and a frost in the morning things were stacked up against the venue.  Therefore I was going to keep things VERY simple, fish pellet at 14,5 meters, and maybe worms to the right at 14.5 meters and a method feeder to island.  Simple.......

I started on the method for twenty minutes to loose one carp and went on the pole and caught three F1's.  Looking around the lake there were odd fish been caught, something really exciting.  Therefore lauched the method feeder again and cut up some worms and dump a reasonable helping (150ml), which was caster, worms and mirco pellet.  Went in on it after ten minutes (still caught nothing on the method) and foul hooked a good fish, which was about a foot off bottom.  Hmmmmm, got me thinking, went in again and cup in a toss pot of worms, and had a couple of liners, and therefore quickly got off my box and set up a shallow rig and caught four F1's for about 9lb things were looking up.  After a few comments "his baggin" like a light switch they were gone!  After 5 minutes of tryin to find them, I went on the deck and caught on and off for the rest of the match.  I never caught up in the water again, which was strange!
